Financial Policy
We will accept assignment of most dental insurance plans provided your claims can be processed electronically. Sending your claims electronically is a service provided as a courtesy to you. Fees that are not fully covered by your insurance plan are your responsibility.
Payment is expected when services are rendered. We accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. At your first visit, please have your insurance information (insurance company, group/plan ID and certificate numbers) available. A booklet that explains your dental benefits would be greatly appreciated.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours’ notice for all scheduling changes to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments are valuable blocks of time. When an appointment is missed or cancelled without this notice it prevents us from helping someone else. As a courtesy to our patients, we will contact you in advance to remind you of your appointment. Please help us serve you better by keeping all scheduled appointments.
